Insurance Reimbursement

Therapy Up will provide clients with an insurance claim form that clients may submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.

Reimbursement will depend on the benefits provided by your insurance plan.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of counseling for you or your child. Therapy Up will make recommendations regarding the frequency of counseling based on the diagnosis and family or individual needs. However, the client or parent or guardian of the client chooses the scheduling of each session. Please ask if you have any questions.
